Affiliate Disclosure
Hello...I value transparency and full disclosure. My goal is to run The Philosophical Life.com with integrity. So I think it's important to share with you my role as an affiliate marketer in addition to being a philosopher.
My goal in doing public philosophy is to be the most helpful public philosopher, ever. Big goal, I know. One way I do this is by giving away free content. I make YouTube videos, blog posts, and courses to this end.
I also aim to better serve you and the mission. The best way to do this is by growing The Philosophical Life. I can only do that by earning an income that I can reinvest back into the site. Without revenue, my goal to spread the power of philosophy to people who care will never grow beyond a mere hobby. While I like hobbies, they're typically low impact sort of things.
With that background in mind, one way I earn revenue for The Philosophical Life is by using affiliate links. Let me explain.
If you use a link on this site, it might be an affiliate link. Should you use the link and make a purchase, The Philosophical Life will get a tiny commission, at no additional cost to you.
Using the links is one way you can help support The Philosophical Life. But you are not obligated to do so.
In addition, back to integrity, I would never recommend something just to recommend something. I personally stand behind all of my recommendations. I only recommend things I believe in or have found useful in my own life.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out. My contact information is found on the Contact page. Thank you for supporting The Philosophical Life!
